- Email consults need to be confirmed by Kamaile with a 5 working day turn around.
- Phone and Skype consults are approximately 45 minutes long and need to be confirmed by Kamaile with a 5 working day turn around. The choices are: M, W, Th 9am, 10am, 11am.
